หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Create and optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA
Launch new models and optimize SMT process yield.
Specify equipment and process requirements for NPI build processes and Development.
Perform process development and validation on new models (NPI) in extremely aggressive timelines.
Lead efforts to uncover root-cause and develop a permanent resolution on issues found during pre-production.
Ensure the successful transition of products from development to volume production.
Prepare process engineering documents like

คุณสมบัติ

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline

2. Gender: Male/Female

3. Age: 25-45 years

4. Experience:

3+ years of experience working in SMT or PCBA process manufacturing engineering.
Have experience in SMT, wave soldering and conformal coating.
Understand English or Chinese.
Having automotive product experience is plus.
