Logistics Associate (Expenses and Control) is responsible for Export and Import Logistics expense control. In addition, check, input, and reconcile all Logistics expenses every month within month end closed and coordinate with related parties for Logistics expenses concern , control KPI for Service Provider, organize yearly Bidding, and coordinated with related party both external and internal party
Responsibilities
- Collect Logistics expenses billing from Logistics PIC
- Control expenses into Web portal and coordinate with Logistics PIC and Accounting team
- Control Logistics license
- Perform and develop RPA, Power BI, and dashboard report for Logistics operation
- Monthly KPI control Service Provider
- Coordinate with Customs broker, Customers and Customs officer for negotiating in any issue/concern
- Co-ordinate with Logistics PIC, Sales and Accounting Department for Logistics expenses concern and prepare all relevant documents for internal audit as request
- Negotiate with related parties about Logistics expenses
- Issuing related documents that concern with Logistics expenses
- Reconcile all Logistics expenses every month end closed and revise charged input in SAP system
