หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. To ensure the brands identity and highest standard of in-store presentation are achieved consistently and creatively

2. To create strategies for visual presentation and customer experience and implement the execution of the brand's visual direction

3. To conduct frequent store visit to ensure appropriate visual solutions are implemented and coordinate the cascade of brand VM guidelines in store and ensure brand integrity is maintained at all times

4. To provide customer service with a superior quality and responsible for all things from maximizing commercial visual impact within the store

5. To train and coach in-store sales staff and help to develop their understanding of merchandise presentation

คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelor degree in Arts and Design or related field

2. Minimum experience 2 years in fashion retails experience as a Visual Merchandiser

3. Thorough knowledge of in-store presentation, good understanding of brand/collection concepts, fixture layout and customer flow

4. Must be creative, imaginative, energetic, confident and good taste with a passion for fashion

5. Well mature with good communication skills and ability to work as an individual and part of a team with a hand on approach

6. Possess good drawing and designing abilities with strong computerized skills

7. Self discipline, reliable and able to work independently
