Sales Manager

- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing customers. It serves as the primary point of contact and responds to their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Identification and discovery of potential new customers in the automotive sector, including OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), Tier 1 suppliers and aftermarket distributors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends. customer needs and competitive threats and use this information to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams This includes product development, engineering and marketing to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
- Prepare and present presentations, proposals, and product demos to prospective customers. It showcases the value of our precision automotive electronics solutions.
- Negotiating contracts, price agreements, and sales terms to maximize profits while meeting customer expectations and company objectives.
- Track sales performance indicators Including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. and provide regular reports and updates to senior management
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales management within the automotive industry, with a focus on precision electronics or automotive components
- Deep understanding of automotive electronics technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
- Strong network of contacts within the automotive industry, particularly among OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and Thai, with additional language proficiency considered a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
