หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities:

1. Software Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications that meet the business requirements of various departments.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design and implement data integration pipelines using ETL/ELT tools and techniques.

- Collaborate with end-users, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand software needs and deliver effective solutions.

- Implement and customize off-the-shelf software as needed.

2. System Integration:

- Integrate software applications with existing systems and third-party solutions to ensure seamless data flow.

- Design and implement data integration pipelines using ETL/ELT tools and techniques.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with relevant teams and vendors.

3. User Support:

- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing software-related issues and inquiries.

- Create and update documentation for software applications to facilitate user training and support.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for technology improvements.

- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct testing of software applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any identified issues.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).

- Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.

- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Familiarity with database design and management.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with ERP systems.

- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
