Operations Executive is a newly created and exciting opportunity that comes with responsibilities in supporting to Provide “best in class” customer experience to our Cargoes Logistics customers on all product & service offerings.
Key Accountabilities:
- Handle import/ export shipments and related activities (Bookings, BLs, DO, Invoicing, AMS/ ISF/ ACI, E-MNF, Pre-alert to ensure correct and fully documents, limited loss maximum as per process & customer SOP.
- Co-work for C/O, Customs Declaration Sheet, trucking with vendors
- Be the liaison between with sales dept, & operation to deploy and handle the shipment for new assigned customers.
- Problem Resolution – ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to Operation Manager / Sales Manager when there are potential costs impact and service issues.
- Tracking of shipments and providing status reports, communicating all shipment delays and issues to clients and/or overseas offices.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, customs brokerages, trucking and internal teams for ensuring a world class customer experience and service delivery as per our commitment.
- Maintain proactive customer communication (bad news first); keep them updated on the status and measures being taken from our end to fix the issue.
