Objective :
In a new company,Base in Uthai Thani, organize and follow up rigorously the stock of products, delivery and products preparation for the different departments.
Mission :

Follow up the delivery schedule in close relation with the purchaser and update the delivery schedule

Delivery conformity : check each delivery and ensure the conformity of the delivery in terms of quality, quantity, temperature conformity.

Stock : you will be in charge to follow up the stock of every product for the different departments of the farm. You will take in consideration the expired date of the product and do a report about the loss.
- Be in charge of product preparation for the different units of the farm according to the FEFO rules.
- Manage the claims or problems on product delivery and be in contact with accounting and purchaser to follow up the claims with the supplier.
- Secure the stock :
- Communication with the team :Communicate with each department to follow their request, to understand their needs and the relevance of it. Follow with them inventories of products, especially the critical products.
- Continuous improvement : follow the objective, inform the direction about any problem, improve efficiency. Reports dysfunction and results to the direction of the company.
- Administrative support : you will be in charge of administrative support for the farm, and should be adaptable according to the needs.
- Bio-security responsibility :
You are responsible for the strict respect of bio-security rules defined by the direction in your sector and throughout the site. Ensure the total respect of the rules in your sector and all around the site.
Ensure the cleanliness and disinfection of premises and equipment in compliance with hygiene rules
