Roles & Responsibilities :

1.Business Ethic Matters (Internal Communication)

    Assisting the Team in communicating all business ethic to AIS Group employees and other stakeholders
    Assisting the Team in creating communication contents and organizing activities so as to build business ethic awareness in the organization either via online or offline channels
    Assisting the Team in organizing Ethic Committee meetings, preparing agenda and papers including minute taking

2.Company Secretary Matters

    Assisting the Team in collecting and processing information from board members and senior executives as required by laws or pursuant to those best practices on good corporate governance such as preparing Form 89/14 (Securities Holding Form) so as to identify any potential conflict of interest
    Assisting the Team in organizing meetings in connection therewith especially those logistic functions (e.g., transportation, food/beverage and stationary preparation)

Qualifications :

•             Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Business, HR or related fields.

•             Skill in Public & Internal   Communication

•             Skill Train the Trainer

•             Good command of English

Over the course of 31 years of providing telecommunication infrastructure to Thai society, starting in 1990 under collaborative contract or concessionaires, AIS was granted the right to utilize state frequencies under the 25-year Built-Transfer-Operate (BTO) agreement. In 2010, the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), the government agency regulating broadcasting and telecommunication, was established and tasked with granting spectrum licenses. The licensing scheme, which is a major turning point for the telecommunications industry in Thailand, supports fair competition as well as the development of new technologies.
