Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth for our B2B SaaS platform.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
1.Identify, qualify, and engage new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
2.Research and target key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
3.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed quotas.
Sales Process Management
1.Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospects.
2.Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
3.Understand customer pain points and effectively position the SaaS platform as a solution.
4.Develop and deliver customized proposals and quotes to clients.
5.Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
6.Document and update all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
7.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings.
Relationship Building
1.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to encourage renewals and upsells.
2.Act as the main point of contact for client queries during the sales process.
3.Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive client experience.
Collaboration & Reporting
1.Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead-generation campaigns and share insights from the sales process.
2.Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to the Sales Manager and key stakeholders.
3.Analyze sales performance data and refine strategies to improve conversion rates.
