Sales Representative
บริษัท ลูนิค เรียลเอสเตท จำกัด• Provide professional real estate consultancy services, answer client inquiries, and provide relevant information.
• Proactively engage in real estate sales activities by identifying and contacting potential clients.
• Assist clients in selecting and purchasing properties from our diverse portfolio of projects.
• Identify new sales channels for the company.
• Provide information, support, and complete sales deals with customers during Project's events and exhibitions.
• Coordinate both internal and external collaboration within the organization to ensure smooth and successful workflow as per guidelines.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, build strong customer relationships, and update the client database.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• A bachelor's degree, or above, in business administration, marketing, economics, or related field.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to compose business-level emails (600 TOEIC score or equivalent)
• Fluent communicate in Chinese (HSK5 – 6) is preferable
• Excellent skills in collaborate and communicate
• Strong attention to detail and service-mindedness
• The ability to work as a team member
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Real Estate Business is preferable
