Assistant Marketing Manager
บริษัท รีบอร์น แอท เกาะกูด จำกัด (สำนักงานใหญ่)- The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the marketing manager in developing and executing marketing plans with the goal of increasing brand awareness and drive brand marketing strategies for the resorts within the group for revenue growth and create good relation among our guests and agency. The Assistant Marketing Manager will need to ensure all communications are in line with the relevant brand standards.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset for developing and executing marketing activities.Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing campaigns and implement communication plans that align with the company’s overall marketing strategy and brand guideline to increase brand awareness and recognition for the corporate according to marketing budget.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including social media, advertising, and events on both short and long-term execution.
- Initiative the seasonal promotion campaign and ensure that the campaign has been promoted consistency and integration across all platforms
- Develop sales and marketing materials such as presentations, online ad, brochures and flyers with the key concern to understand and support the brand vision through careful execution of the design, messaging, voice and approach of all marketing efforts.
- Handle the property's social media presence, including creating and posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries the effective campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and bookings.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), bloggers, and influencers.
- Manage websites, ensuring they are updated with the latest information
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to evaluate the effectiveness of the improvement campaign.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, resorts’ manager, and F&B manager to align with property goal.
- Bachelor or Higher degree in Marketing or Communication.
- 2 – 3 years of work experience in the Hospitality or Restaurant field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English both verbal and written.
- Deeply understandable social media platforms.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Others).
- Good problem-solving skills using Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture and able to manage time and prioritize work.
- Great organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage the relationship with both creatives/agencies/bloggers or influencers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, clusters, and property advertising, branding, and marketing-related requirements.
- Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative, Positive attitude, and ability to motivate others.
