
Administrative Officer:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Admin Role - Assisting in office administration tasks, coordination with other organizations, suppliers and clients to achieve administration objectives as well as maintaining the monthly bookkeeping, coor-dinating with and overseeing the external accounting firm.
GM Support:
• Manage travel arrangement and expense reimbursement
• Manage daily calendar & appointment
• Manage & support GM on marketing media, tools and related tasks to become well-known and to get more potential clients.
• Manage expenses report for GM and send out for getting approval
• Maintain sales report and be able to issue the quote
• Maintain a weekly task report to be sent to GM.
Marketing and Admin Function:
• Manage and organize appropriately on company invoices, receipts, billings, payments and other relat-ed business documents.
• Co-ordinate with accounting company for information and documents required for monthly incomes and expenses.
• Handle expenses and billing cycles as well as to set the payments for monthly income taxes, withhold-ing tax, expenses and other bills as assigned.
• Issue purchase order to vendors and maintains office supplies as needed.
• Issue quotations and send e-mail to potential customers as assigned by GM.
• Bachelor Degree with good command in English
• Graduated in Business Administration or Marketing or direct related fields is desirable.
• Experience in immigration service (visa and work permit application for expatriates) would be a plus.
• At least 1-year experience in marketing and/or admin role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Program (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good presentation skill
• Having an outgoing and pleasant personality
• Be matured, serviced-mind oriented, self-motivated, and self-responsibility and have solved-problem skills
• Be flexible with working hours and willing to keep up with work after working hours such as checking and replying emails, SMS, Line chat or taking phone call from customers, suppliers, bosses or col-leagues.
• Able to meet deadlines and organize work priorities for self and the team
• Demonstrate a flexible person with positive attitude and “can do” mindset
• Ability to do multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and English
• Collaborative working relationship
• Be able to be good team player and can work as a team
• Able to drive and have valid Thai driving license would be an advantage
• Eager to learn new things and always welcome new experience.
