หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Create 2D/3D drawing.

• Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of construction workflow processes and priorities.

• Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to meet the requirements successfully.

• Troubleshoot any BIM-related issues.

• Contribute to documenting, disseminating, and monitoring standards, best practices, and industry advancements.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine designs

• Ensure that models are accurate, complete, and adhere to project specifications

• Incorporate data and information into models, such as cost estimates, material specifications, and scheduling information

• Generate reports and visualizations from models to communicate design information to stakeholders

• Continuously update and refine models as project requirements change

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in BIM within the engineering and construction business.

• Must understand well about construction sequences and timelines; must understand the progress of the construction phase.

• Flexibility with a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and learn new skills.

• Autodesk certification and Professional license an advantage.

• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or related program

• Knowledge of building design principles and construction methods

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 19650 and PAS 1192-2.
