Academy Business Development duties:
• Conduct learning needs assessments to identify learning requirements specific to Thailand
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align learning initiatives with global and local business objectives and create a culture of continuous development.
• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs and initiatives.
• Work closely with business development/expert teams to identify new opportunities for learning and development that align with regional goals.
• Maintain accurate training records for both regional and local reporting.
• Assist in the development of learning materials, ensuring alignment with global and regional perspectives.
• Collaborate with the Global Academy to share best practices, resources and ensure consistency in content quality.
• Oversee the effective delivery of learning content, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience for participants.
• Collaborate with trainers and facilitators to implement innovative and effective delivery methods.
• Explore and leverage digital learning tools, platforms and technology analysing the potential for our business and its people.
• Act as a liaison between Thailand and the APAC region and the Global Academy, fostering collaboration and information exchange.
• Participate in Regional working groups or committees to contribute regional insights and stay informed about global learning strategies and emerging technologies.
• Communicate effectively with employees, managers and clients regarding upcoming training initiatives and opportunities.
• Promote the learning agenda within the region, highlighting synergies and shared learning experiences.
• Continuously support a culture of performance, learning and development regionally and globally.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of learning programs, taking supportive and corrective action where necessary.
• Generate regular reports on the impact of training initiatives, making recommendations for improvement, and sharing insights with the Global Academy.
• Collaborate with expert teams to identify and integrate learning solutions that align with regional market needs.
• Actively market learning solutions to stakeholders which can be converted into profitable revenue.
• Create and sustain applicable effective work- and commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and accreditation bodies/institutions with the mutual aim of enhancing people development.
• Contribute to the development of business cases for new learning initiatives, emphasizing the potential impact on regional growth.
