Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Strategies: Optimize supply chain efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Procurement Management: Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Inventory Management: Maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
Logistics Partnerships: Work closely with logistics partners to streamline transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
New Product Development:
Concept to Launch: Lead new product development from concept to launch, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Research and Development: Stay updated on global product trends and conduct research on new concepts, ingredients, and development processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure timely product availability.
Supply Chain Execution: Drive the supply chain team to deliver new products on time and within budget.
Talent Development: Provide coaching and support to subordinates, encouraging training and development.
Operational Management:
3PL Coordination: Work daily with 3PLs to ensure quality supply and optimize inventory levels.
Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with 3PLs and plan ongoing developments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing, quality assurance, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Issue Resolution: Solve day-to-day supply chain operational issues.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement and innovation.
KPI Achievement: Ensure all key performance indicators are met.
Project Management: Handle additional projects as assigned.
Required skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in System Planning or Supply Chain Management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management or supply chain operations, including stock management, cross-dock management, order fulfillment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to execute tasks efficiently and interact effectively at all levels.
Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in WMS, Excel and Power Point.
Experience in operating WMS is preferred.
Have service mind with good working attitude.
