หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Supporting project managers to successfully manage and deliver innovation/renovation projects through co-ordination and tracking of key milestones for new FG code creation.
Lead coordination with cross-functional and supporting project managers by tracking Finished Goods (FG) code creation for all Innovation/renovation projects. The estimated Y3 Incremental NSV generated from projects is about 179 million USD.
Connecting bridge for code-creation timelines for projects between Thailand network factories and markets - Southeast Asia, China, India, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, US, European and middle eastern countries etc.
Assure activity task execution according to agreed timelines and highlight risk at right time, wherever FG code creation is critical path for the project.
Lead fortnightly connects along with Master data team for ensuring factory project team meetings by defining and driving the code creation timelines, and aligning relevant stakeholders on key decisions, challenges and actions.
Shape timely and relevant code creation communication & documentation.
Ensuring strong engagement with stakeholders, building partnership with local/regional FE.

NPD Sample dispatch process facilitation.

Facilitating NPD sample dispatches by supporting markets for their local customer listing.
Strong coordination and engagement of cross-functional stakeholders.
Partner with project managers for driving continuous improvements.

คุณสมบัติ

Postgraduate- MBA with experience in Project Management / Supply Chain / Process implementation roles.
Proficient in English.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
At least 1-2 years’ experience in working with cross-functional team.
Prior experience of project management would be preferred.
Proven success record in managing cross-functional and multi-national projects
System acquaintance (SAP/Veritas) will be preferable.
