System Analyst

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to gather and document detailed requirements for the Change Management Platform.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications that align with the overall goals of the change management process.

2. System Design & Architecture:

• Design system architecture and workflows for the Change Management Platform, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with existing systems.
• Develop detailed system models, data flow diagrams, and process maps to outline the platform's functionality and interactions.

• Work closely with software developers and engineers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and to oversee the development process.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the platform development, including testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.

•  Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure that the platform meets all functional requirements and performs as expected.
• Identify and address potential issues or bugs in the system to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience.

5. Documentation & Training:

•  Create detailed documentation of the system design, architecture, and user guides to support platform maintenance and user adoption.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of the platform.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in developing or managing change or incident management systems.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in system design, modeling, and architecture methodologies.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management tools.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
