Responsibilities:
Customer communication and service:
- Assist account managers in handling customer inquiries, complaints and needs, and ensure that customer problems are resolved in a timely manner. Follow up customer needs, provide necessary information and support, and maintain customer relationships.
- Responsible for the arrangement of activities and building the relationship with high or medium level customers, e.g. MD, CXO, DD or AD.
Customer information management:
- Maintain and update customer information database to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Prepare and organize customer-related documents and reports.
Sales support:
- Assist account managers in formulating and implementing sales plans, including market research, competitive product analysis, etc.
- Participate in the planning and organization of sales activities, and support account managers in achieving sales targets.
Project management:
- Assist account managers in following up on project progress and ensure that all work is completed on time.
- Coordinate internal resources, solve problems that arise in the project, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
- Reporting and analysis.
- Obtain the key information of the related project, e.g. demand forecast, budget and bidding plan, competitors' information etc.
- Responsible for bidding support of passive products with customers, e.g. optical fiber, dropwire, spiltter, closure, pre-connector etc.
- Responsible for the assistance of the project execution work on projects for cash process (PO, bond, DAT/DAC, overdue payment, claim etc).
