1.Improve the production process: Reduce time, layout workspaces to enable employees to work effectively.
2.Analyze, assess, recommend, and implement corrective measures for painting issues: Report findings to the manager.
3.Collaborate on analyzing production process issues: Develop solutions to prevent recurring problems and reduce waste.
4.Create and maintain up-to-date work manuals or standards.
5.Participate in Try Out for new model work (following Core Tools: APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MAS, SPC).
6.Monitor and address issues discussed in QA team meetings: Ensure no problems reach the customer.
7.Enhance efficiency in the production process.
8.Report work-related issues to supervisors immediately upon discovery.
9.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
10.Identify problems, analyze root causes, and develop solutions to prevent future issues.
11.Comply with safety standards and chemical management protocols to prevent hazards and reduce environmental impact.
