1. To ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from pre-arrival to arrival through departure and post-departure.
2. Arrange and monitor the arrival of all guests; the reception; the registration and the check-in to the rooms/villas.
3. Assist with the preparation and cleanliness of all rooms inspect the rooms before arrival and supervise the day-to-day cleaning of the rooms plus turn down service during the stay.
4. Act as the host to all guests throughout the stay be available to greet the guests and always take care of their needs.
5. Liaise and coordinate the retreat program with the retreat facilitators and with the guests, so all programs run smoothly and with efficiency.
6. Assist with the reservation process for guests and pre-arrival communication with guests concerning the booking, program, packages, rates, payment, billing, transfers, and any other queries.
7. Handle any guest concerns, feedback, complaints and correct them as necessary, and follow up on corrective action
8. Assist with the preparation of any work schedules of staff.
