- Coordinate and perform maintenance activities on existing systems and equipment
- Maintain the comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all company-owned equipment, including scheduling and execution of routine and annual inspections, and identifying and fixing problems
- Assist with troubleshooting problems on machinery, electrical, plumbing, instrument equipment, and each other
- Schedule all repairs on equipment ensuring proper testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance is performed
- Manage work order requests, developing time estimates, and ensuring timely completion
- Assist with replacement of equipment and parts as needed
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Maintain inventory of major components and supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants as necessary to solve equipment problems
- Inspecting equipment, Removing old equipment, Installing new machines and conducting routine maintenance.
