• Perform checking and supervising of the following jobs: Staging & ECL calculation for IFRS9, Single Lending Limit, Related Lending Limit, BASEL & ICAAP (Credit Part & Stress Test), BOT Credit Review, Credit Portfolio Analysis and Customer Registration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, policies and tools to meet regulatory and the bank requirements
• Coordinate and communicate with the stakeholders to smooth operation
• Present work related matters to management and committee
• Lead and supervise the team on day to day processes and operations.

• Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration / Economics / Finance or other related.
• At least 15 years of work experience in Credit Risk Monitoring related background from Banking industries.
• At least 10 years of management experience.
• Have good understanding of credit process and flow.
• Able to understand and analyze customers' business and industry.
• Leadership skill and Communication skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suits: Excel, Word, Power Point, Access
• Good command of English.
