1. Planning
• Managing software application support team mainly focus on system development and post support.
• Budget planning, monitoring and ensuring IT projects objectives are achieved with in provided budget.
• Leading software application team both internal/outsource in setting their objectives and identifying their daily task to meet KPIs.
• Manage system development/service and security compliance to be inline with Honda IT security standard and policy.
2. Supporting
• Working with related teams to resolve system, software application and infrastructure issue.
• Tracking business software application incident/problem case to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Supporting software release and deployment, system upgrades, transform and post project implementation support.
• Supporting to roll-out of new version of software application and database system.
• Working with customer support representative to diagnose and provide resolution to customer problem.
3. Project Management
• Supporting software vendor selection process and prepare request for proposal document
• Oversee the implementation of software application and monitor progress project status to the team.
• Manage IT software and application and ensuring projects objectives met through UAT.
• Evaluating and proposing IT solutions in alignment with business goals.
