- Support and problem solving for employees to to achieve the target productivity.
- Control production plan has safety woring environment
- Work in Manufacturing atmosphere and used to work under pressure
- Passion to win on their individual and company goal such as Zero defect, Productivity improvement, Cost saving initiatives
- Leading more than 30 line operators and dealing with other cross functional to drive business matrix success
- Drive manufacturing success through Lean manufacturing concept and mindset
- Build effective team and workplace of choice environment in the team
