• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management level, preferably in the food packaging industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the BRC Global Standard for Packaging Materials or FSSC22000 and other relevant industry standards.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in (ERP/SAP) and Microsoft Office, Excel advance
• Experience in the food packaging industry will be given special consideration.
• Experience in Oversea purchasing would be preferable
• Able to drive a car and own a car
• Demonstrates strong work commitment, possesses a positive attitude, and exhibits creativity
• Proficient in using English for effective workplace communication."
• Ability to travel as needed to supplier locations and industry events.
• Capable of training and developing personnel within the department
