1) Responsible for achieving target assigned in term of sales-out
-Monitor, follow up and drive sales-out to achieve company's target
-Improve sales efficiency per head per store
-Analyse sales data, create countermeasure to improve sales at store
-Cooperate with sales team to implement activity to gain market share
-Follow up sales team to manage stock replenishment
-Enforce new product display and sales-out to meet KPI
-Visit store to find catch up new opportunities
2) Report sales progress, market situation, analysis and provide action plan
-Ensure that sales data in sales-out system is correct
-Maintain POS data under account assigned into system
-Report sales-out progress to management and related party
-Conduct necessary report and analysis to improve sales
-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and provide action plan for management
-Manage PC budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing profitability
3) Maximize capability of PC Supervisor and PC team
-Lead, motivate, control and manage PC Supervisors an PCs to drive sales in both modern trade and traditional trade
-Sharpen PC's product knowledge and selling skill by cooperating with PC trainer
-Conduct examination to evaluate PC knowledge, define grouping to customize training for each PC level
-Working with agency to fill in potential PC at targeted store
4) Ensure excellence operation process
-Control display quantity and quality to meet company KPI
-Implement product display follow display plan from sales team
-Ensure that our product display having POP follow company's guideline
-Conduct report to evaluate monthly display quantity and quality
-Any other duties as assigned
