บริษัท แพลนท์ อีควิปเม้นท์ จำกัด• Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficient workflow by gaining comprehensive understanding of each work procedure, connections, and gap in between all departments to assess all the possible risk and recommend/implement improvements to department manager.
• Arrange meeting between varied stakeholders such as officers, engineer, manager, and MD to implement detailed workflow, process mapping, and monitor the process to get any feedbacks from users ensuring smooth transition to new process.
• Collaborate with developer team to design and develop process improvement tools/ system to facilitate work procedure, aiming for minimizing document usage and complexity.
• Quarterly assess Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measurement (OGSM) or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of each department to measure effectiveness with HR team and analyze any issue, or risk needed to resolve, then report directly to MD.
• Formulating Business Deployment Plan including changes in management and communication across each phase.
• Acting as ISO 9001:2015 officer, take care of hosting Internal Audit, managing work instruction for each related department.
• Complying with the order as assigned by Supervisor/ Manager.
