Account Manager (Sale)

- Establish, Build, and Manage strong relationship with customers.
- Acquire new customers.
- Create and implement sales action plans to meet the sales target.
- Obtain customer requirements and lead to the products and technical teams to provide the appropriate solutions.
- Have deep inside knowledge of the industries in charge.
- Set meeting with customer for new requirement and design solution to customer
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales and engineer for prepare & propose appropriate solution.
- Coordinate with accounting regarding Issue invoices / credit note, debit note.
- Create quotation and review special price (if customer request) / follow up quotation
- Negotiate with the supplier about the price of the product/Negotiate on Price, Cost, Delivery with customer.
- Solving product problem and answer product detail to customers.
Qualification and Experience :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or IT related field.
- Minimum experience 3-5 years in any sales field, especially in IT Infrastructure such as Network, Security, Server, Storage and other field.
- Good people skill, sales skill, and customer relationship management skills
- Good command in English
- Good personality, Fast self-learning, Flexible and Good Teamwork
- Good co-operate with vendors
- Capable of analyzing the root cause and solving the problem
- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have a car license
