Position Summary
To provide exceptional support to Head of Department or team member and assist in day to day operations , marketing activities or other assignments.
Job respensibilities
• Assist in operations job, marketing activities or events.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects, mailing and correspondence and support on appointment schedule.
• Conduct the report as per request to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations or document as required.
• Maintain paper and electronic files , records , date entry and paperwork.
• Provide administrative support to team members in the form of proofreading , document preparation , mailings , etc.
• Attend meetings, workshops or events to enhance learning opportunities.
• Make frequent contact with potential and current clients in the form of phone calls, emails and mailings. Supply clients with necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Provideing ongoing, creative, and innovative ideas to Head of Department on office operations and data management.
