Job Description:

Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Study and analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior.
- Utilize insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
Team Management:
- Supervise and manage the trade marketing team.
- Enhance the team's skills and knowledge through training and mentorship.
Performance Tracking and Evaluation:
- Monitor and analyze the outcomes of trade marketing activities.
- Present performance reports to the management.
