Sales Data Management Officer
บริษัท ปตท. บริหารธุรกิจค้าปลีก จำกัด- Coordinate either customers or sale team by facilitating account opening, Processing orders, Managing delivery schedules, filing important document and communicating relevant information.
- Handle the processing of all orders and invoices with accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Liaise with the Logistics team to ensure timely deliveries
- Respond to complaints from customers and after sale support when requested.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Maintain and update sale and customer records
- Develop Monthly sale reports.
- Ensure the adequacy of sale-related equipment or material.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotion material or event.
Accountabilities;
- Manage routine coordination with either customers or sales team for sales orders
- Process all sales orders and invoices timely for achieving sale target.
- Ensure customers satisfaction by giving after sale support and responding to complaints from customers promptly.
- BSc/BA Degree in Business Administration, Sale and Marketing or relevant field.
- Proficient in Ms. Office familiarity with Sales force is a plus (particularly Ms Excel)
- Experience as a sale coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Well-Organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
Critical Skills;
- Proven work experience as a sales support specialist or Sale support associate.
- Hand on experience with ERP/SAP systems.
- Proficiency with Ms. Office, Particularly MS. Excel/
- Excellent communication skills.
