We are looking for a Sales Manager in Thailand with responsibility for a team of Senior Sales Executives and Sales Executives. As a Sales Manager for Direct Sales, you will be responsible for supporting and developing the existing business for Nilfisk in Thailand. Customers are all kind of industries and etc. You will monitor existing customers and negotiate with new accounts.
You will take part in implementing Nilfisk direct sales strategy, focusing on prioritized areas, segments and customer accounts. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets. Collaboration with stakeholders inside Nilfisk is an important way to become a success and to thrive your sales team to next level and therefore is quite important for you as our new Sales Manager to have strong relationship skills.

What will put you ahead in this role?
As a Sales Manager you must be able to combine a strategic mindset with a passion for management, coaching, while developing your team and optimizing sales in the business.
Daily you will manage activities of a sales team to meet defined KPIs: visits, pipeline, win-rate, forecast, revenue, contribution. To meet sales targets, you will need to implement all necessary actions – this must be done quarterly and annual.
Ongoing basis you will ensure technical training on products by liaising with product managers. Also, you will need to coordinate activities with the product manager, like Market Intelligence, Advertising, Pricing and Product Management.
In this role, you will have chance to handle and support oversea (Indochina market). You will also coordinate with Industrial Sales Managers in APAC and other regions (U.S. / Europe). You will have opportunities for business travel and training abroad.
