QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: Master’s degree, or host country equivalent, in public health, epidemiology, informatics, computer science, information systems is required.
(2) Experience:
• Eight years of mid-to-senior level public health experience in developing, implementing and evaluating, public health, global health security, or other relevant public health programs that involve coordination with an international agency or IP is required.
• An additional one-year managerial experience managing human and financial resources of international projects or programs is required.
(3) Language: (This may be tested) FLUENT of English and Thai (speaking/reading/writing) is required.
• Please clarify level of your THAI and ENGLISH language skills.
• You are required to pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Regional Human Resources Office or submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 855 with your application.
(4) Knowledge: (This may be tested)
• Comprehensive knowledge of public health issues, especially in the international public health setting, is required.
• Detailed knowledge of the host government health care system (including familiarity with Ministry of Health (MoH)) is required.
