QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: Doctoral level (terminal) degree, (Doctor of Public Health (DrPH), Doctor of Medicine (MD) or host country equivalent degree in medicine, public health, epidemiology, behavioral science, or counseling, is required.
(2) Experience: Three years of mid-to-senior level public health experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating public health programs or other relevant public health programs that involve coordination with an international agency or implementing partner is required.
(3) Language: (This may be tested): Fluent of English and Thai (speaking/reading/writing) is required.
• Please clarify level of your THAI and ENGLISH language skills.
• You are required to pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Regional Human Resources Office, or submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 855 with your application.
(4) Knowledge:
• Detailed knowledge of current host country public health issues is required.
• In-depth knowledge of HIV care and treatment services is required.
• Detailed knowledge of the host government health care system and structures, including familiarity with Ministry of Health (MOH), is required.
