QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
(2) Experience: Minimum two (2) years of clerical/administrative/customer service experience in an office setting is required.
(3) Language: Good Working Knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) in English and Thai is required. Please clarify level of your ENGLISH and THAI language skills. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office. (This may be tested)
(4) Skills:
• Must be able to deal effectively with customers and organize own work to meet established deadlines.
• Good customer service orientation and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must be able to use a computer for data entry, spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
• Ability to establish and maintain liaison with personnel at all levels in other organizations in order to coordinate personnel matters.
(5) Knowledge:
Knowledge of office management functions, services, procedures and standard information sources.
