QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: Completion of college studies (At least two years of full time, post-secondary study at college or university) is required.
(2) Experience: A minimum of one year’s experience in telephone switchboard operations is required.
(3) Language: Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai and English is required. Please clarify level of your ENGLISH and THAI language skills. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office. (This may be tested)
(4) Skills:
• Must be able to provide high level of customer service despite a high pressure environment.
• Must be able to maintain and update databases/documents via different computer technologies.
• Must be able to assist and interpret written and oral communications of Thai and English callers
• Must be able to provide emergency instructions and guidance for callers; and must be available to work on a rotational basis.
• A keen aptitude to work independently, with impeccable integrity, strong initiative, good judgment and to maintain confidentiality is required.
• Attention to detail, tact, discretion, good judgment, respect for diversity, patience, empathy is required.
