Human Resources (HR) Manager
CHEC (THAI) CO.,LTD.- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate employee performance management processes, including goal-setting and reviews.
- Provide support for employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform management decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Chinese is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HR metrics and data analysis to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and integrity.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
