Talent Acquisition Officer
ChaiXi Corporation Co.,Ltd- Plan and execute large-scale recruitment efforts according to organizational needs.
- Develop and improve recruitment processes for maximum efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with various candidate sources, such as educational institutions and job websites.
- Conduct application screening, initial interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate with supervisors and relevant departments in the interview and selection process.
- Manage applicant data and report on recruitment results.
- Support Employer Branding activities to attract potential candidates.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, especially in high-volume recruiting.
- Understanding of modern recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer use and MS Office programs.
- Data analysis and report-making capabilities.
