- Draft, design, and prepare technical drawings
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Render designs for presentation
- Design projects assigned by the company, such as hotels, residential homes, condominiums, pubs, bars, and others, for presentation to management
- Select quality construction and finishing materials appropriate for the project
- Occasionally visit the site to brief contractors and inspect work progress
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related fields
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Able to create technical drawings, design, and draft interior design plans
