• Act as a liaison between CEO and various internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for scheduling, making appointment, communicating, coordinating with both internal and external parties and anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively find solutions.
• In charge of meeting arrangements, document preparation, searching and preparing any necessary information and data.
• Schedule, prepare materials and notes, and ensure follow-up for various management meetings, including business or other employees' meetings.
• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism
• Manage and coordinate the CEO’s time, priorities, travel arrangement and itinerary, ensuring optimal time allocation and coordination.
• Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, screening and directing incoming calls, emails, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• To plan and organize personal and business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries and ensure all travel logistics are well-coordinated and aligned with the CEO's preferences and business needs.
• Provide other general administrative and secretarial support.
• Work closely with the CEO on assigned projects.
• To maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and discussions.
