Senior Sales Executive
Cargomatic (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and target potential carrier partners to expand the company's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with carriers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with carriers, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the carrier industry.
Strong understanding of carrier operations and business models. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
