Accounting Manager (Huaykwang)
Rhom Bho Property PLC.- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, including accounts receivable and accounts payable staff.
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and tenant account reconciliations, to ensure timely and accurate recording of revenue.
- Manage the accounts payable function, including vendor payments, expense tracking, and reconciliation of accounts, to maintain accurate records of liabilities.
- Review and approve journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and other accounting transactions to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into business performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and property management, to streamline processes and improve financial performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and accounting standards to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate accounting principles, including lease accounting, property management, and construction accounting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
