1.Manage Payroll Processes Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, and other compensation.
Handle tax information, social security, provident fund, and other employee benefits.
Verify Data
2.Ensure the accuracy of employee records, such as attendance, leave, and income/deduction information.
Coordinate with Related Departments
3.Collaborate with the accounting and HR departments to ensure accurate and complete payroll processing.
Reports and Documentation
4.Prepare financial reports, such as payroll summaries and tax reports, to submit to relevant parties.
System and Data Management
5.Update information in the Payroll Software and securely maintain employees' personal data.
1.Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Specialized Skills
2.Knowledge of labor laws, taxation, and social security regulations.
Proficiency in Payroll software such as SAP, Workday, or other specialized systems.
General Skills
3.Attention to detail. Strong time management and coordination skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
4.Experience 2-3 years of experience in Payroll or related fields, or more.
