Salary Range: 35,000-45,000 Baht
Job Description:
- Oversee all HR activities across the operations; recruitment, ER, manpower planning training & development, compensation & benefits, and all other HR related activities to support the business needs.
- Supervise HR staff on review payroll calculations includes Attendance, OT, Gasoline, Allowances, PND.1, SSF, deduction, expats related handling, etc.
- Create monthly reports with data analysis relating to HR for Management (attendance, leave record, etc.)
- Thai Nationality, Female only, age 27-40 years old.
Location: Asia industrial Estate, Samutprakarn
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Have Experience 5 years in HRM/HRD recruiting, payroll, training, labor law, employee relations, etc./ Admin. data record, expats handling, contact government, VISA & Work Permit, etc.
- Good command in English skill (speaking, writing, reading and listening)
- Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:15.
