Aftersales Service Manager

- Develop and implement aftersales service strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead the aftersales service team in managing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service.
- Oversee and drive the daily operations of all departments to ensure seamless and efficient functioning.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for personalized customer interactions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and construction teams to integrate Aftersales service initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Aftersales Service strategies and initiatives.
- Manage the customer feedback process and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Develop and take ownership of the annual After Sales budget and 5 yeas planning
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in aftersales service / planning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
