Project Engineer Manager
Singha Estate Public Company Limited- Directing the team throughout the project to achieve predetermined objectives and satisfaction of time, cost , quality and revenue
- Focusing on the critical launch period of new projects and working closely with architects. Taking charge of sales and marketing teams of projects and contacting government departments to obtain the relevant construction licenses and property deeds.
- Supervising the implementation of projects to meet professional standards. Ensuring that the project assignments can be completed in accordance with the project budget and schedule period specified and to the quality required.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Report project progress and current issues to the Management of the Company.
- Supervising the preparation of the operational plan and weekly plans and providing recommendations. Ensuring the success of the project in accordance with the plans of the organization.
- Supervising responsible personnel to be ready to work and to make the assignment effective.
- Inspecting documents related to the implementation of the project to ensure being accurate and complete and administering costs in accordance with the budget.
- Reviews site safety plan and job safety analysis in accordance with safety objectives, carryout safety inspections during construction.
- Part of a team to support Home Care Service ( Detached House) ( Onsite observation, Defect on warranty, Defect before transfer , Inspect & Handover, Final defect for handover)
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Civil Engineering, or the other in any of these field is preferred : Structural / Construction management / Geotechnical Engineering
- At least 8 years experience in detailed Engineering design, Cost Estimation, Project Coordination and Project Management
- Experience in Project management from beginning to completion
- Strong leadership, good team player and team management
- Good command in English and computer literacy
- Understand both the design and construction methodology and processes.
- Have strong project management experience construction methodology, construction management.
- Excellent problem-solving skill.
- Proven management abilities and be able to meet strict completion time lines.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skill & negotiation skill with customer
