- Proficient in cooking in Thai / Asian / Western food
- Have knowledge of kitchen management control
- Have a love and passion for cooking or working in the kitchen
- Plan monthly and annual training courses.
- Create new training courses
- Participate in helping support SSP and other brands in the company to develop team potential.
- Train and monitor the performance of team
- Evaluate and follow up on the training results of the operation team.
- Visiting the area, analyse and collecting problems to develop further
- Contribute to support the New Project
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Other tasks assigned
