Responsibility:
- Monitor and evaluate team performance on daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Manages and resolve countries’ escalated issues in an efficient and timely manner.
- Handle to lead the calls with customers to develop and maintain god relationship.
- Drive and lead regular team meetings.
- Oversee export functions and recommend process improvements.
- Implement and allocate resources to meet the productivity and utilization.
- Seek the development and growth of the team.
- Support and provide internal cross training / knowledge sharing for team members.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory expectations are met within the service delivery scope.
