Implement and monitor risk management processes across the organization.
Oversee enterprise risk management, including scanning internal and external risk factors, identifying the company’s risk profile, and evaluating risks. Collaborate with all relevant parties to establish mitigation plans and monitor progress on risk activities
Consolidate and report risk management results from stakeholders to the Risk Management Committee.
Perform investment risk management for future company projects.
Support and facilitate risk management training sessions and risk assessment activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Social Science, Political Science, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum GPA of 2.75 (for Bachelor's Degree), or if the GPA is below 2.75, a Master's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.50 is required.
TOEIC score of at least 550.
Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, financial planning/management, business process development, audit, strategy, or human resources. Experience in roles such as Bank Analyst, Finance Analyst, or similar positions in risk or financial analysis.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
