Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, target demographics, competitor strategies, and new opportunities. Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to drive enrollment in regional and international markets.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Schedule, plan, and estimate the time required to complete various projects, ensuring effective communication with team members. Ensure all marketing campaigns are tangible, on-budget, and balanced between creativity and strategic objectives. Regularly review creative work to ensure alignment with briefs
  • Event Coordination and Networking: Organize and participate in local and international education expos, networking events, and community outreach initiatives. Foster relationships with stakeholders, including educational agencies, local authorities, and business communities.
  • Admissions Process Optimization: Streamline and refine the admissions process to create a seamless and customer-focused experience for prospective families. Monitor and adjust procedures to maximize enrollments.
  • Creative Development: Think creatively to produce new ideas, concepts, and designs. Oversee the creation of graphic content, illustrations, infographics, and videos. Manage graphic designs and marketing materials from conception to delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team efforts, including tasks such as event photography and video production. Act as a good team player, collaborating effectively with foreign staff, management, and other departments.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Use analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging content for the school’s website, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms. Ensure the website remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing goals, employing SEO strategies to boost visibility.
  • Social Media Strategy: Create and maintain an active presence on social media platforms. Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and engage with followers to foster a positive online community.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting prospective families to nurture leads, highlight events, and provide admissions information.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive school image on platforms like Google and Facebook
  • Virtual Engagement: Organize and host webinars, virtual campus tours, and online information sessions for prospective families.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion. Ensure all proposals are well-balanced, creative, on-budget, and aligned with school objectives.
  • Parent Communication: Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of school activities, policies, and opportunities.
  • General Administration: Assist with general school administration duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the institution.
  • Public Relations: Act as a spokesperson when necessary, handling press releases and media interactions to highlight school achievements.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree in a relevant area is preferred).
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Strategy, or Social Media Management are a plus.
Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, admissions, public relations, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position, ideally in the education sector.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, especially in the education industry, and experience with international outreach or recruitment is a bonus.

Technical Skills:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media management tools, SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs, analytics tools such as Google Analytics).
- Content Creation and Management: Experience in managing websites using CMS platforms, graphic design tools (e.g., - -Adobe Creative Suite), and social media platforms.
- CRM and Database Management: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and managing admissions data.
- Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance, ROI, and market trends.

Soft Skills:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences, including parents, students, and international stakeholders.
- Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative abilities to develop engaging marketing materials, social media campaigns, and event ideas.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective relationship-building abilities, capable of working well with a diverse range of people, including foreign staff, students, parents, and partners.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Capability to analyze challenges, develop strategic solutions, and adapt to changing needs.

Additional Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages relevant to the school’s market (such as Thai or other international languages) is an advantage.
- Cultural Awareness: Experience working in multicultural environments, with an understanding of international educational markets and trends.
- Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel for education expos, networking, and recruitment events, both locally and internationally.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments, including teaching, administrative, and marketing staff.
